About the Role:
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Has advanced product knowledge related to automotive repairs, servicing and maintenance
Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on classic to late model vehicles
Proficiency in all automotive systems from stock to aftermarket
Record completed work daily for customer information
Able to deal with a fast-paced and dynamic, multiple Service & Repair workload while maintaining a positive & friendly attitude
Team-oriented, attention to detail, organized, friendly, hard-working, intelligent, knowledgeable yet willing to learn
Proficient with a computer, tablet, and/or mobile device and the associate software and applications for research, diagnostics, information sharing and communications
Responsible for ensuring effective and consistent communication with service advisors and fellow technicians
