1.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where such exclusions are prohibited by law, under no circumstance will Rovalution Automotive Ltd. Be liable for negligence, gross negligence, negligent misrepresentation, fundamental breach, damages of any kind, under any legal theory, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, breach of privacy, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, or reliance on, the online store, any linked websites, any third-party websites, or the products purchased from the online store.

2.0 SHIPPING

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you unless another option is chosen during checkout. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

3.0 RETURNS

Warranty on parts and labor is 12 months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first from the date and mileage on the original invoice*. Parts and Labour warranty is with the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. All warranty repairs must be performed in our shop & cannot exceed the original cost of repair. Warranty does not include any additional expenses including towing, repairs outside our shop or any other costs incurred due to vehicle breakdown. No warranty on parts or labour will be provided on any used parts or any customer supplied parts or components.

ALL PAYMENTS DUE ON RECEIPT OF GOODS - E&OE. 25% handling charge on all accepted goods returned for credit. No returns accepted after 15 days from invoice date. No exchange or credits without presentation of this invoice. Special order items are not subject to cancellation, exchange or return. No returns on electrical items.

4.0 WARRANTY

We do not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered on our Site. The availability of products or services through our Site does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product, service or manufacturer. Accordingly, we do not provide any conditions or warranties with respect to the products or services offered on our Site. However, the products and services offered on our Site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the product's description on our Site and included with the product. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer's warranty. You affirm that we shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any breach of warranty or condition claims or for any damages arising out of the manufacturer's failure to honour its warranty obligations to you.
